• USER：All skin types, especially for dull and darkness skin.
• Suggested usage: Make up remover/Cleanser → Exfoliater → Toner → Essence →Mask →Water Gel→Lotion → Sunscreen.
• Preservation: Avoid direct sunlight and keep in dry, cool place.

Cautions: 

1. If you have sensitive or allergic skin, please do skin testing before use. 
2. Do not use if skin is inflamed, wounded, redness and eczema. 
3. Discontinue use at once if signs of rash, redness, or itching occur and consult dermatologist at once if you still feel unwell.
4. This product contains acid components that may increase possibility of skin sensitivity under sunlight. 
5. After using this product, you shall wear sunscreen and/or protective clothing, Avoid direct sunlight for one week. 
6. Infants and children may not use it.

※ Since this product is made from natural plant extracts, there is natural phenomenon of discoloration or sedimentation which does not affect the efficacy, please feel safe to use it.

▶ Shipping Information:

• Please inspect the product, volume, and quantity upon receipt before opening.
• This product is considered a personal hygiene item and is non-returnable once opened (considered used).
• Returned items must be in brand-new condition with no signs of tampering, and the outer packaging must be complete.
• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

*To support environmental protection, we do not issue paper invoices. A 2-part electronic receipt will be uploaded to the E-Invoice Platform of the Ministry of Finance within 48 hours of issuance. You can check the invoice the next business day via the "Order Inquiry" section on the Dr.Hsieh official website.

▶ Delivery Time:

• Home delivery takes 2–3 working days; remote areas may take 3–5 working days.
• No delivery on weekends or holidays. Specific delivery times cannot be scheduled.
• If no one is available to receive the parcel, we recommend choosing convenience store pickup (store-to-store).
• Convenience store pickup takes 3–5 working days. Parcels are held for 7 days.
• Please provide your real name and correct mobile number to ensure SMS notifications and successful pickup.

▶ Return/Exchange Policy:

• Customers who purchase from Dr.Hsieh Official Website are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (counted from the day the product arrives), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. (Note: The appreciation period is not a trial period.)
• If the product is damaged upon receipt, please notify us within 7 days. Returns will not be accepted after this period.Once opened, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

※ Please contact us within the 7-day period for any return/exchange requests. ※ All returns must be applied for through the backend system. If you wish to add additional returns or report missing items within 7 days, you will need to bear the reshipping costs.

• For returns, log into your account → Member Center → Order History / Details → Submit request via Order Customer Service System.
• To avoid disputes, please double-check your order before requesting a return.
• For bundled/promotional items, if part of the bundle is returned, the remaining items will be charged at the original price.

▶ Situations Where Returns/Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted:

• The 7-day return period has expired
• Product has been opened or used
• Missing original packaging or promotional gifts
• Malicious or bulk returns (more than 5 times per year per customer = malicious; more than 15 items returned at once = bulk return)
• Products returned with dents or stains caused after receipt by the customer (not applicable to manufacturing defects)
• Products not purchased through the official Dr.Hsieh website are not eligible for return/exchange via our customer service
